Alton Healthcare LLC recently purchased VMN LLC and VMN Billing LLC. We are involved in the healthcare industry in a capacity including software
development and medical billing. We currently service 20 physicians in 11
different medical practices in the greater Cincinnati area providing the
scheduling, prescription, transcription and billing software and support.
Our support office furnishes medical billing for the physician practices as
well from the submission of medical claims to the application of payments
and including the resolution of denied or unpaid claims.
Alton Healthcare LLC will be initiating a beta sight practice in the first
half of 2009 encompassing a medical practice model that will increase the
efficiency of the primary care practice and reduce the cost of providing
care. The primary focus will be to provide the most comprehensive care of
the patient.
