Delhi Flower & Garden Centers has been owned and operated since 1960 by Robert C. Maddux and his family. The original 42,000 sq ft of greenhouse started in the township of Delhi.
May of 1983 brought additional expansion to the growing company. A second garden center was purchased in Springdale near the Tri-County mall. What was a Dodge dealership was remodeled and covers over 7 acres of land including 22,000 sq ft of greenhouse.
The Maddux family made the painful decision to close it's original location in Delhi township in July of 2006 to focus on the growth and opportunities North of the city in Liberty Township.
The Liberty Township location opened on November 28, 2008. This location gave the family the ability to do what they have always dreamed of, to build a garden center from the ground up. The state of the art, energy efficient facility was designed by years of traveling to other garden centers and the firm of Arch Image 2. Rough brothers based here in Cincinnati built the glass greenhouses.
Both the Tri-County location and the Liberty Township location are full service year round garden centers. We focus on providing the highest quality plant material and service for our customers. Most of our plant material is grown in our own greenhouses in Sunman, IN. We take great pride in growing annuals, perennials, roses, vegetable, herbs, groundcover, garden mums and poinsettias.
The garden centers are home to award winning landscape designers as well as creative home decor designers .
