Mars Hill Academy is an independent K-12 school offering a distinctly Christian and uniquely classical education experience. Mars Hill is among a growing number of schools across the country that are reviving classical education, a form of education developed by the Greeks and Romans which became a building block of Western civilization. The pillars of classical education include teaching according to a child?s developmental ability and mastery of grammar, logic, and rhetoric. We desire that our graduates have the ability to discern truth, beauty, and goodness, and the ability to influence our world for the glory of God. In 2007 our high school was ranked among the top five private high schools in Cincinnati by Cincinnati Magazine. The school is supported through tuition, development efforts, and gifts from individuals and organizations. Our facility at 4230 Aero Drive in Mason was built in 2006.
