about us
Raymond Walters College is a great place to get a great education! The college is known for a rich student-focused tradition, complete with a friendly and supportive atmosphere, including flexible schedules, tutoring, distance learning and more.
RWC opened in the fall of 1967 as a regional campus of the University of Cincinnati and is conveniently located just off of Ronald Reagan Highway in the city of Blue Ash.
Through the years, we've been able to partner with the city and our community to best meet the evolving academic needs of our students. From an initial 17 associate degree programs and a freshman class of 632 students, we've grown to offer more than 60 academic majors, including a wide range of associate degrees in both career- and transfer-oriented programs and well as several post-baccalaureate professional certificates in many disciplines and one-year certificates to students who wish to upgrade their job skills. Currently, more than 4,500 students from the Greater Cincinnati area have chosen RWC for their higher education experience.
Our goal is to instill confidence in our students so they perceive themselves as successful learners. By creating a nurturing environment, we can help with your development which will, in turn, better prepare you for life beyond your degree. The College is an open admission institution, providing access to higher education to anyone with a high school diploma or the equivalent. RWC's rolling admissions policy allows students to enter any academic quarter.
We hope you'll join us in serving the Blue Ash community!
