Talbert House is a large human services agency operating in southwestern Ohio for the past 40 years. Services have two basic purposes: to improve social behavior and enhance personal recovery and growth. The vision is to be a regional, high quality, cost effective health and human services provider flexible in responding to customer and client needs. The organization has a culture of innovation that thrives on the creation of new services and markets to ensure a competitive advantage while maintaining effectiveness, excellence and professionalism. Talbert House receives funds through a number of local, state and federal sources.

In Warren County, Talbert House operates three community corrections programs; the Community Correctional Center, a 110 bed diversion program for adult males who would otherwise be sentenced to prison, the Turtle Creek Center, a 72 bed halfway house for adult male offenders returning home from prison and an outpatient Reentry program for offenders coming home and attempting to reenter the community successfully.
